Ryan Paul currently serves as Director of Product Management Robert Half. An agile and accomplished business leader focused on designing and delivering growth and creating impact in innovation, digital, brand and product for 15 years across CPG, Financial, Healthcare and Technology.

As the Director of Product Management at Robert Half, Ryan helps to oversee the successful development, delivery, and lifecycle management of technology-driven products by working with the team to define product strategy, guide product development, and direct multiple functional areas of the company to develop solutions that align to long-term growth goals all while living by the Robert Half principles of:

Prior to joining One North, Ryan was a founding member of the innovation group Freeform, acted as Director of Product Management for One North, served as VP of Digital for the full service marketing firm No Limit Agency, as well as Director of Project Management at VSA Partners. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Iowa State University and an MBA as a Baumhart Scholar with a focus on Social Impact from Loyola University Chicago.
